Individual Therapy

Therapy starts where you are. I will work with you to set goals and tailor treatment to your specific needs.

When working with children and adolescents, I will often collaborate with caregivers by encouraging active participation in learning new coping skills and behavior management techniques.

Family Therapy

It takes a village.

Whether it be through biology, adoption, fostering, or a genuine desire for connection, we all belong to some form of family. Families impact our lives in a powerful way. When in harmony, families provide support, safety, and closeness. But when families get stuck, everyone is affected. Family therapy can help to rebuild trust, healthy boundaries, and effective problem-solving strategies.
